I don’t know about you, but when it comes to what I wear on Thanksgiving, comfort comes first. Whether I’m hanging with friends or family for the holiday, it’s not about dressing to the nines. It’s about sharing a massive meal together, and said meal requires extra room in the waist. I also always find that someone always ends up sitting on the floor or on makeshift seating, so dresses and skirts are just no good for this situation, in my opinion. As I mentioned in my last post, I’m hosting a small Thanksgiving with friends in my apartment this year, but if you’re heading to someone else’s for Thanksgiving (or any holiday party this year for that matter), I’ve also rounded up some hostess gifts under $25 at the bottom of this post that I know I’d be happy to receive.
So let’s break down the nitty gritty of my Thanksgiving outfit musts first:

Love that pineapple wine stopper! I usually always bring a bottle of wine to any gathering but these are a good list of other gift ideas!

I’m totally getting 90’s flash back vibes with your look! But then you add this fur jacket and bam! I will be going to my mom’s for Thanksgiving so something along the lines of adult beverage or relaxation will be what she needs after cooking all day!
