Ever since high school, I’ve been mixing and matching my bikini sets. It’s just more fun and you can get twice as many looks out of one swimsuit that way. I mean, they wouldn’t make it in two pieces if it wasn’t made to switch with other looks right? That’s my theory, and I’m sticking with it.
I wanted a tropical look for last weekend’s trip to Miami, and I’ve been loving the palm leaf print and cross body bikini looks that have been trending this summer. One morning, while checking Facebook for the billionth time, I came across a swimwear company called Cupshe. Their swimwear and bikinis are crazy affordable for the unique styles and cuts (ladies, you know we usually have to pay more for that). I’m talking $25 affordable–and I don’t mean the tricky thing that stores do by charging you for both the top and the bottom. That’s for the entire bikini.
Even though I saw the bikini online a few days before I was about to fly out, I saw they also sell their suits on Amazon. So I Amazon Primed that sh*t and had it on my doorstep sans shipping costs the next day. For the Miami trip, I paired the top with a fringe side-tie bikini bottom to make the look my own. It was perfect for lounging on the rooftop pool, soaking up sun and occasionally taking a dip to cool off. Now…if only I could fly to Miami every weekend!
