In an effort use up an avocado that was in my pantry, I added it to this Salsa Verde recipe, which I’ve shared on my sister site, You Must Love Food. It’s a delicious dip for chips and crudite, but also amazing on tacos and fajitas. I blended together roasted tomatillos, roasted garlic, avocado and a few other flavorful ingredients. The result?
